BART Shuttle Service St. Louis Airport

Online reservations must be made a minimum of 48 hours prior to travel and be paid by a MasterCard or Visa and are subject to availability. Reservations made in less than 48 hours should be made by phone at 800-284-2278.

There is no shuttle service on Sundays.

Passengers should be at the meeting location 15 minutes prior to departure time. Vans will leave promptly at the designated departure time.

When traveling to St. Louis on BART, you will receive a call from our office no later than the afternoon before your departure to confirm your pick-up time and location.

  • The contact phone number you provide with your reservation will be used to confirm your pick-up time.

  • If you miss our call, please call 800-284-2278 to confirm your pick-up time and location.

Meeting your driver | Terminal One (Main) Lambert St. Louis Airport:

  • After retrieving your luggage, proceed to the baggage carousel 1 area.

  • Your BART driver will display a sign with the BART logo on it.

  • If you are unable to locate your driver, please call us at 800-284-2278 and an operator will assist you.

Meeting your driver | Terminal Two (East) Lambert St. Louis Airport

  • After retrieving your luggage, proceed to Exit 14 (ET14) inside the terminal on the baggage level.

  • Your BART driver will display a sign with the BART logo on it.

  • If you are unable to locate your driver, please call us at 800-284-2278 and an operator will assist you.

Payments

  • MasterCard or Visa credit cards, travelers checks, local checks (MO-IL), and cash are accepted for payment. Credit card payments are assessed a non-refundable $5.00 convenience fee.

  • Credit card payments should be made prior to pick-up time via online (minimum of 48 hours) or by calling 800-284-2278 if less than 48 hours.

  • When paying with cash, please have the exact amount available for your driver.

  • Driver gratuity is not included in rates.

Home pick-up and drop-off may be available on trips to and from Jackson and Cape Girardeau city limits for an additional charge.

Reduced rate for children — call the office for more information.

Passengers must provide their own child safety seats.

Bart is not responsible for damage or loss to parked vehicles at the Bart office.

Small pets must remain in airline approved carriers.  Assistance and guide animals are accepted with prior approval.  Please call for details and to obtain additional pet fare rate information.

BART is not responsible for lost or damaged luggage and personal items, or late arrivals or departures due to unavoidable circumstances including, but not limited to, road conditions, weather, or mechanical breakdowns.
